James D. Sprott has practiced for over three decades as a general civil trial lawyer with emphasis on personal injury, insurance defense, workers' compensation defense, banking, real estate and estate planning. Active in state and local bar association activities, Sprott is a Past President of the Arkansas Bar Association.
Catherine F. Golden is licensed to practice in Louisiana, Alabama and Arkansas and has actively practiced in all three states. She has over fifteen years experience in civil practice with emphasis on real estate, loan transactions, business entities and business transactions, wills, estate planning, personal injury, insurance defense and collections.
The two established the partnership of Sprott & Golden in 2005.
